Hit the Beach at OCMD!
With summer finally winding down, we still have a few more weeks of this beautiful weather left. That means you still have time to get in some last minute beach plans; maybe even a mini vacation?
At Ocean City Maryland the beach, boardwalk, and night clubs live to make sure YOU are having a good time!
I have had the opportunity to visit OCMD twice this summer and I have gathered a slew of fun things to do, great places for brunch, and the best places to shop! Check out my guide to a fun vacation at OCMD!
HOTELS
Castle in The Sand is located along Coastal HWY in between 37th and 38th street. There are two castle like buildings where you can book a room. I suggest booking a room with a nice balcony that over looks the beach! There is also a very cool outdoor bar attached to the main castle that has a nice long happy hour and even a volleyball net! It is a little bit further away from the Boardwalk but, it is within walking distance to Seacrets! ( I'm getting ahead of myself)
The Dunes Manor Hotel and Suite are also located on the Coastal HWY between 28th and 29th street. This hotel is very classy. They have a bar with a happy hour, a beach snack shack, and a brunch buffet! Oh did I mention there is beach access right from the hotel!
At 3 pm everyday at the Dunes Manor Hotel you can enjoy a nice snack of hot or cold tea , an array of cookies, and English crumpets. Yes, crumpets ! I know how cool. You can put butter or orange marmalade on your crumpets to add just a little sweetness! This English happy hour last only from 3 pm-4 pm everyday so make sure you set your alarms!

NIGHT CLUB
Seacrets in no secret at all! I only have one night club on this list and I bet you are wondering why? Well if you have ever been to Seacrets you know it's filled with all the fun, music, and drinks you could imagine! With three different dance sections and out door seating, you can party all night along. Also, you think the night club at Seacrets is fun then you need to check out the day club. Yes, day club. Wear your bathing suit because there is seating in the bay. Yes, table and chairs in the bay! You will just have to see it to believe it!
BRUNCH
Brunch is the #1 vacation meal, so it's only fitting that I share with you some of the BEST BRUNCH spots in OCMD!
DINNER
Just in case you are looking for a nice but fun dinner spot before you head to Seacrets or while you are walking along the boardwalk, here are some fun and fancy places!
SHOPPING
You can't leave OCMD without doing a little bit of shopping!
